One evening Giacomo Maffioli was enjoying a dinner together with friends and at the end of the evening, between laughter, various dishes and a good wine, his feline eye fell on empty plates. At that moment his mind thought he could re-create the same shape with its classic ingredients: dried fruit and sugar. Thus is born the Piatto 250 (The Plate 250).
