The Charlot Turnover is a truly unique product, as you can see it is a retake on the classic and renowned turnover. The turnover is a typical English dish which has been revisited Italian style, inspired by Giacomo who wished to recreate it using his very own ingredients: peanuts and sugar. Its shape makes it popular in restaurants and agritourisms as it is practical to fill, even with more elaborate decorative elements, or it can be served with a some ice cream and cocoa powder. The success of this range can be explained by the fact that although in terms of design it is difficult to make, at the same time it is easy to dispatch and fill, making it suitable for all kinds of buyers. The name Charlot was inspired by a famous silent cinema character created by Charlie Chaplin. Love, Tropical or Ciocco versions of our products are especially popular among seaside restaurants, especially those located in hotels. Chefs have a lot of fun combining the aesthetics, in this case of the Charlot Turnover, with decorative elements which convey the essence of summer, the cheerful and care-free nature of the seaside.
